Pat is naturally a leader and seeker of growth.
At a young age, she has developed a passion for leadership and inspirational books following Ken Blanchard and John Maxwell as her first influencers.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from De La Salle University with an Applied Corporate Management degree and is a multi-awarded student leader in her University.
As the youngest Country Marketing Manager in Unilever Philippines, Inc., she has worked on different food brands of Unilever across Southeast Asia and lived in Singapore and Malaysia. Bringing with her 8 years of sales and marketing expertise, her campaigns won several Anvil awards and recognized as one of the most successful B2B marketers in the industry.
Deep in heart, however, Pat is an educator. She is currently a part-time facilitator at De La Salle University on Personal Effectiveness, where she helps graduating college students transition to work life. Pat is also one of the proponents and facilitators of Purpose Workshops in Unilever where she was able to help hundreds of her colleagues find their purpose in life.
As a lover of self-discovery and growth, Pat wrote a book entitled, “DBALI: Dapa Bangon Lipad” which anecdotes her story during her quarter life crisis journey hoping to inspire Filipino millennials to embrace life’s challenges and continue moving forward.
As she dedicates her life to inspire others to live courageously, she has boldly move to pursue her passion in coaching and currently undergoing certification as a Transformative Coach under the Coach Masters Academy, the leading coaching academy in Asia, recognized by the International Coaching Federation and a thought speaker in companies and communities about millennials, life purpose, and motivation.
